EMPLOYEE TESTIMONIALS

The teamwork here at Providence is phenomenal. I have never met a group of people who are so willing to help without asking questions. This group has such a heart for their work and are willing to go to the ends of the earth to provide for their patients. I don’t think that is something that can be taught. It’s an innate characteristic that flourishes in this environment because of our team. Providence Care truly lives the saying “be where they are”. I have been so many places (both literally and figuratively) that I would have never thought I would have been. I have been pushed and pulled into situations that have challenged me and molded me into the social worker I am today. Providence Care has taught me a type of perseverance I didn’t know before working here. This team has pushed me to find solutions when there seemed to be no answers, however non-conventional the solution may be.

Rebecca Williams

LMSW

I love working for this ministry because of the environment we work in. My coworkers and bosses are jam up. The team steps up and is there for you when you need them whether it is with work or issues in your life. I’ve never worked with such a wonderful group of people. Plus I work for this amazing owner that allows me to witness to my patients, add value, and provides what I ask for when I believe it is what the patient and family truly need at the end of their life. Thank you for interviewing me almost 3 years ago now and giving me the opportunity to grow.

Angel Surrett

Senior Nurse Manager

I’ve been a nurse for 22 years and have just now found “THE” job that I love and miss when I’m not here. Providence Care and our patients give my life purpose. I love the sense of family that we have here that allows for personal and professional well-being. With Providence Care, I have a great deal of autonomy which allows me to impact many lives with and without recognition.

BSN: Executive Director

I believe the services we are providing for the community is in the best interest of the community. It’s a real opportunity for me to grow and develop personally where my background, experience and skills can be put to use.
